Enrolled advocate of the high court of Uganda, with Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practice. Over 15 years working experience with vast knowledge in banking and regulatory compliance. Board Secretary from inception.
Head of Operations
Constance Akankwasa Kananura
Over three (3) decades of banking experience in Credit operations, retail banking and sourcing business. Previously Connie was with Bank of Baroda, Uganda where she served for over two decades
Head of Finance
John Kasibo Mugerwa
Close to two (2) decades in the banking industry. He is also an experienced auditor who served in banking services from officer to head of functions in a supervised Financial institution. He is a fully certified accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in quantitative economics
Head of Credit
Agnes Namala Kayongo
Over a decade of experience in the managing banking business, leading operation and administration, credit risk management. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Head of Risk
Kenneth Agaba
Close to two (2) decades of banking experience, with over 6 in Risk and control function in Banks like Orient, Cairo, UBA among others.
Head of Compliance
Meena Ram
Over three (3) decades working experience in banking, 5 of which as internal Auditor in Baroda Uganda, for one year now Meena has been serving Yako Bank as Head of compliance Department.
